Istanbul tour, Beylerbeyi Palace and Asian Side half day
In this tour you will be driven across the Bosphorus bridge to get to Asian Side of Istanbul where you will get a panoramic view of the city atop the Camlica hill. With an altitude of 288 meters, you will have the best perception of Istanbul with an uncut and clear view of Old City, Pera, Bosphorus shores, bridges, main roads and other hills. Cross your fingers for clear skies !
After Camlica Hill, it is time to visit Beylerbeyi Palace that was built during the times of Sultan Abdulaziz and completed in 1865. As the second palace on Bosphorus after Dolmabahce, it features nice examples of Ottoman-Western architecture. Not as big as Dolmabahce though, this palace was used as a summer residence and guest accommodation for important visitors.
Please note Beylerbeyi Palace is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.
