Gocek land and property prices are on the rise amid new developments both in and around Gocek center. On the hills facing the sea there are two major complexes and there are two new waterfront developments in the center due completion next year.

The land price near the center are around 200K US dollars near the center for about 700 sqm of land and two story homes in condı complexes are about 300K US dollars. Rents are cheap in the city center for the village houses and apartments around 300-600 US dollar range while on the upscale condo complexes prices rise to 800 US dollars.
